\n\t\tACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT \n\t<\/h1>\n\tThe Accessibility Statement refers to the Najdihojca Kindergarten’s website, located at the web address https:\/\/najdihojca.si<\/a>.\n
Najdihojca Kindergarten undertakes to provide the website https:\/\/najdihojca.si<\/a> following the Accessibility of the Website and Mobile Applications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30\/18).<\/p>\n
Promoting inclusion and accessibility can give everyone equal development opportunities. The users need to be able to perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web. To this end, we have added a new plug-in to the kindergarten’s website, which offers functionalities intended for people with various forms of disabilities.<\/p>\n
With the plug-in, we enable visitors to adapt the website’s display to their needs.<\/p>\n

increase the size of the texts,<\/li>\n
adjust the colour contrast on the site,<\/li>\n
stop movements and<\/li>\n
edit the text so that all links are underlined.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\nThe website adds functionality with the SOGO plug-in level AA (WCAG 2.0),<\/b> which complies with the SIST EN 301 549 V1.1.2 standard required in the Accessibility of the Website and Mobile Applications Act, which can be used by people with various forms of disability.\n

The Najdihojca Kindergarten website is partly in accordance with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act <\/a>due to the exceptions listed below.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n\n
We continuously monitor the Najdihojca Kindergarten website’s accessibility, and individual accessibility elements are regularly improved. However, some published content does not meet all accessibility requirements set out in the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.<\/p>\n \n\n

program-generated documents (e.g., annual reports),<\/li>\n
various complex data tables,<\/li>\n
organization charts,<\/li>\n
videos that do not have available subtitles,<\/li>\n
content in formats required to be downloaded and used in specific applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n
All cases of non-compliance, requests on information and content that does not fall within the Directive scope are accepted at the e-mail address vrtec@najdihojca.si.<\/a> We will respond to the notification or request within eight days of receiving the report or proposal. If we cannot give an appropriate answer within this period due to the required content, you will be notified when the answer is ready together with the reasons for the delay.<\/p>\n
Information society inspectors perform supervision over the implementation of the provisions of Articles 5 to 8 of the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.<\/p>\n
